Analyse vibration

Analyse vibration data is done on the same screens as collecting data. This is done so the end user does not need to shift screens to see and analyse collected data.

Steps to take for on-the-spot analyses and features explained:

1. Open machine you want to analyse

2. Select vibration measurement point

3. Start your analysis

   1. RMS Overall values section

   2. Link to related spectra and signal processing settings information

   3. Area for adding comments

   4. Clicking on the spectra icon will open a new screen outlining

   5. Selected vibration parameter spectra

   6. 1xFrequency, Order and cursor information

   7. List of top 10 peaks

   8. Set 1xFrequency - from cursor or from the list of top ten peaks area

   9. Taping on a row (peak) from the list of top ten peaks will show that peak and its harmonics on the spectra

   10. Show spectra in full landscape view

Please note 1xFrequency is presented by the vertical orange line on the spectra while peak harmonics are represented by green vertical lines.
